  These guys went all out learning their craft by bringing in an expert from New York. They have a thin, super crispy crust, fresh mozzarella (made daily), a tasty sauce and lots of toppings. They even have Daiya cheese. It would be nice if they had a non-meat protein option (apparently I was the first person to ask) and a whole wheat crust (I forgot to ask about that one).

  Super friendly service and delicious artesanal pizza. The tomato sauce they use was particularly memorable, so was the Canadian ham.

  I had this pizza for the first time last night and I must say I'm impressed. The pizza has a great original taste with New York style inspiration. The crust is light and crispy, the sauce is tangy, and the cheese is mozzarella. Cooked in a brick oven for perfect consistency.
